Personal Injury Attorney

Jones Networking is recruiting a Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm in Greenville, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from intake through resolution while working closely with clients, support staff, medical providers, and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling personal injury matters, strong case management skills, and a client-focused approach. Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 100–150 active pre-litigation personal injury matters and approximately 20 litigation matters
- Conduct client consultations, case evaluations, and new client intakes
- Interview clients, witnesses, and law enforcement personnel and obtain recorded statements when necessary
- Oversee liability investigations, including gathering witness statements, photographs, videos, police reports, and supporting evidence
- Research insurance coverage, policy limits, asset investigations, declarations pages, and other relevant coverage information
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the representation
- Work directly with insurance adjusters regarding liability, reserves, settlement negotiations, policy limits, and case resolution
- Review medical records, treatment summaries, damages, and case documentation to ensure matters are properly developed
- Assist with directing case strategy, treatment recommendations, settlement evaluations, and litigation decisions
- Review and approve demand packages, settlement authority, negotiation strategies, and recommendations for litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, and other litigation-related documents
- Participate in case reviews and strategy meetings with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and support staff
- Supervise and provide direction to assigned case managers and legal support staff regarding case progression and client communication
- Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation within the firm's case management system
- Ensure cases progress efficiently toward settlement or litigation while maintaining the firm's commitment to exceptional client service
Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in South Carolina
- 1-5+ years experience handling Personal Injury matters
- Strong understanding of liability investigations, insurance coverage analysis, settlement negotiations, and litigation procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead support staff and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and advocacy

Pay: $80,140.51 - $120,222.98 per year
