WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Campus Chaplain accepts responsibilities from the Chief Officer of Spiritual Development. The Campus Chaplain’s primary responsibility is to provide or direct the provision of pastoral care to patients at Honey Lake Clinic. This position will also provide pastoral counseling to patients during their stay at Honey Lake Clinic, as needed, through participation in on-campus spiritual programming. In addition, the Campus Chaplain will assist the Chief Officer of Spiritual Development with other duties as required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Participate in patient programming
- Meet with individual patients for pastoral care sessions
- Provide pastoral care for HLC staff members
- Teach group classes on spiritual care and biblically based resiliency
- Fill in for weekend and weeknight chapel services on an emergency basis
ROLE DETAILS
- Pay: $24/hr-$28/hr plus bonus potential, subject to experience/education
- Shifts Available:
- Monday–Friday: 8am–4pm | 9am–5pm | 1pm–9pm
- Location: Greenville, FL (~35–50 minutes from Tallahassee, FL or Valdosta, GA)
- Employment Type: Full-time, benefits eligible for Full-time only & PRN

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (graduate level preferred) in Biblical Studies or a related field
- 1 year of experience working in pastoral care
- 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (preferred)
- Meet criminal background check and drug screening per state requirements.
