Job Description –
- Manage the executive calendar and schedule meetings and travel.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain and organize important business documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Draft and review contracts to ensure accuracy.
- Provide admin support to improve daily efficiency.
- Help prepare and distribute marketing materials for trade shows and events.
- Support the technical sales team with client coordination, presentations, and proposal tracking.
- Work with teams to ensure timely communication with clients.
Requirements –
- Ability to react to change and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Pleasant interpersonal skills, indicating the potential for long-term growth within our organization.
- Participation in administering marketing materials for trade shows and other events is a plus.
- Amenable to work US business hours
