We are seeking an experienced Bridge & Structural Engineering Manager to lead and mentor engineering teams on transportation infrastructure projects. This role offers the chance to oversee complex bridge and structural designs, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to impactful projects that enhance community connectivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers
- Oversee design, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Manage multiple projects, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget objectives
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders on project progress and deliverables
- Guide construction-phase services and provide technical problem-solving support
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and technical documentation for new business pursuits
- Promote collaboration and innovation across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within a reasonable period; Structural Engineer license preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in bridge and transportation structural design
- Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as CSI Bridge, SAP2000, Bentley OpenBridge Designer, MicroStation, or equivalent
- Knowledge of AASHTO design standards and bridge rating codes
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Willingness to travel as required for project coordination
