Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children to build communication, social, and life skills
- Implement evidence-based ABA therapy programs
- Track progress and adjust activities based on individual needs
- Collaborate with your BCBA and clinic team
Registered Behavior Technician Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with children
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
- Ability to kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete a background check
