Full time Maintenance Technician role in Bethany Beach.
Work schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently andthat the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs toensure that the building is properly maintained.
- Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors,gutters and drains.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.
- Maintain company issued vehicle (routine PM’s, oil changes etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.
- $18 an hour.
- Highschool diploma or GED required.
- Active driver's license is required.
- 2+ years of experience in light plumbing, light electrical, and light carpentry work is required.
- Ability to workSunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8 hours per day - 7:30am - 4pm is required.
