We are seeking experienced and reliable Independent Cleaning Contractors (1099) to provide professional cleaning services for commercial properties, residential homes, and short-term rental (Airbnb) units.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality cleaning services for assigned commercial, residential, and Airbnb properties.
- Complete turnover cleanings for short-term rentals with attention to detail, staging, and presentation.
- Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other assigned spaces.
- Adhere to specific client instructions, checklists, and brand standards.
- Replenish supplies, report damages, and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning and sanitation tasks meet safety, health, and hygiene standards.
- Manage time effectively to meet scheduled deadlines and turnaround times.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with scheduling and operations teams.
- Ensure every property is left spotless, fresh-smelling, and visually impressive before leaving.
- Pay close attention to detail in high-impact areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and entry points that clients and guests notice first.
- Complete every clean to a level that consistently earns five-star reviews.
- Build excellent relationships with clients through consistent, reliable, and friendly service at every visit
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience (commercial, Airbnb, and/or residential).
- Must have your own cleaning equipment, supplies, and reliable transportation.
- Must be eligible to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor (not an employee).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures accurately.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple cleaning assignments independently.
- Smartphone access for scheduling, updates, and communication.
- Ability to lift, move, or handle light to moderate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with short-term rental turnovers (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).
- Knowledge of eco-friendly or specialized cleaning products.
- Flexible availability — especially weekends or same-day requests.
- Prior experience working with cleaning or facilities management companies.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
