As a Residential HVAC Technician, you'll diagnose, maintain, repair, and occasionally install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll inspect equipment, identify mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, complete repairs, and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently before leaving each job.
You'll service split systems, heat pumps, package units, air conditioners, furnaces, thermostats, indoor air quality equipment, and other HVAC components. You'll communicate findings clearly with customers, explain repair recommendations, complete accurate service documentation, and maintain a clean, organized company vehicle while representing Spectrum AC professionally on every call.
We're seeking experienced HVAC professionals with strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills who are committed to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Residential HVAC service experience is required, and experience working with light commercial equipment is a plus.
Successful candidates are dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while managing daily service calls. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude are essential.
EPA Certification is preferred. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Monday through Friday with a typical start time of 8:00 AM. Rotating evening and weekend on-call responsibilities are shared among the service team.
