We are a very busy, established automotive repair facility looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. We believe in taking care of our customers, doing the right thing, and building long-term relationships—not selling services customers don't need.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in automotive service advising and customer service
- Confident recommending repairs and maintenance based on the vehicle’s actual needs
- A strong communicator who can explain repairs clearly to customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Organized and able to manage multiple customers and repair orders at once
- Motivated by sales and understands that your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to sell
- Professional, dependable, and a team player
- Honest and trustworthy
- A person of integrity—this is a must
