Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual techniques, and modalities as appropriate
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising PT
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all regulations
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical environment
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligibility)

- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team
