SERVER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES… What is expected of me at work?
Greet guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.- Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal and respond promptly to requests or issues.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for the next guests.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist teammates with side work, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, including using point-of-sale systems.
- Uphold all company policies and service standards.

SERVER JOB REQUIREMENTS… What are the minimum job requirements?
Must be at least 18 years of age (if serving alcohol)- Dependable and punctual
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Previous server experience preferred but not required—we train!
Physical/Mental ability to:
Stand and walk for extended periods without a break- Carry trays and lift items up to 25–30 lbs. regularly
- Reach, bend, twist, and kneel as needed
- Handle high-volume service periods with grace and urgency
- Interact positively with a diverse group of guests and teammates
- Remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
