Compensation:
- $29.73/hr – 1 Year Experience
- $33.71/hr – 5 Years Experience
- $37.75/hr – 10 Years Experience
- $43.20/hr – 17+ Years Experience
Differentials:
- Night Differential: +$4.25/hr
- Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr
Additional Benefits:

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Neurology RN for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gainesville, FL.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts while identifying and reporting status changes
- Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses appropriately
- Perform procedures, monitoring, and nursing interventions as ordered by providers
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the medical record
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while proactively addressing patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards, safety protocols, and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
- Current Florida RN License or Compact RN License required
- BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Previous Neurology or Acute Care experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
