About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
- Document sessions (SOAP notes) and write evaluation/POC reports
- Implement therapeutic interventions & provide home exercise programs
- Collaborate with parents and multidisciplinary teams (SLPs, BCBA, PTs)
- Provide patient and family education
- Manage caseload of 27 patients MAX per week
- One hour of paid lunch per day
- Flexibility of working 4 ten hour days or 5 days a week
Skills & Qualifications
- Georgia OT License (OTR/L) required
- Experience with pediatric populations (new graduates welcome)
- EMR proficiency: Fusion (Ensora Health)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
