Independent Living Services Coordinator: Coordinate service delivery to individuals with Disabilities for services from the Independent Living Services program that can provide Durable/Medical equipment and Assistive Devices. Use best practices to create a seamless environment where coordinators assists consumers to realize their independence. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field experience may substitute. Full-time position, located in Carrollton, Texas.
