Job Summary
The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders using a handheld RF scanner and Deposco WMS. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail while meeting productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders using a handheld RF scanner.
- Locate and retrieve products from assigned warehouse locations.
- Process picking tasks in Deposco WMS.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged products.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse picking experience required.
- Experience using handheld RF scanners required.
- Familiarity with Deposco WMS preferred.
- Ability to accurately follow picking instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Basic English communication skills required.
