ABA Midwest is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support families in the Naperville, IL area. This role offers a structured hybrid model, combining telehealth and in-person services, allowing flexibility in balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities within your schedule.
Telehealth and in-person service delivery are determined by the BCBA based on clinical appropriateness, supporting autonomy in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training while maintaining high-quality care. While many services can be delivered remotely, in-person visits may be incorporated based on client needs and clinical recommendations.
We are a female clinician-owned practice focused on ethical care delivery, manageable caseloads aligned with CASP guidelines, and strong administrative support. New BCBAs are welcome.
BCBAs maintain a target of 22–24 billable hours per week, supporting a sustainable and balanced workload.
We offer both salaried and hourly models, allowing clinicians to choose the structure that best fits their professional goals. Whether you are seeking part-time hours, full-time placement, or a gradual transition to a salaried role—including hybrid or telehealth-focused schedules—we aim to create a supportive and sustainable work environment.
Our leadership team includes experienced clinical and operational professionals who provide billing and administrative support, allowing BCBAs to focus on delivering high-quality care. Structured mentorship is available for newer BCBAs, while experienced clinicians will find a stable and thoughtfully run environment.
