JOB SUMMARY:
Overnight Childcare Worker is trained as Behavior Technicians and works assisting in therapeutic and traditional recreation activities in the community week days over night care and weekend, bed time before and after school routine, recreational activities and implementing youth development respite. Overnight Child Care positions offer caregivers break while providing support for children and youth overnight care. These roles involve providing companionship, care, and support to children, often those with disabilities or special needs. Responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young individuals, with disabilities and without disabilities offering sleeping, offering nighttime comfort, and possibly assisting with bedtime routines. This role aims to empower youth, promote personal development, and foster positive relationships within the community. This is performed in accordance with the respite program.
