We are looking for Prep Team members with prior professional kitchen experience that includes pro chef knife skills, and preparing, cooking & baking menu items from scratch.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
- Working knowledge of cooking methods and procedures, and chef knife skills
- Understanding of food safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift, and carry 50lbs
