We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Residential Electrician to join our team building custom homes. If you take pride in clean workmanship, enjoy challenging projects, and want to work on luxury residences featuring custom lighting, smart home technology, and premium finishes, we'd like to meet you.
This is not production residential work. Every home is unique, and we expect craftsmanship that reflects the quality of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Install complete electrical systems in custom luxury homes & light commercial
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans
- Install service equipment, panels, branch circuits, and specialty lighting
- Rough-in and trim-out electrical systems with exceptional attention to detail
- Install recessed lighting, decorative fixtures, landscape lighting, and custom controls
- Wire smart home systems, low-voltage devices, and home automation (experience preferred)
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
- Work closely with builders, project managers, and other trades
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Qualifications
- Residential license preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of residential electrical experience preferred
- Experience with high-end custom homes strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
