We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into future leadership opportunities within our organization. This position is more than an administrative role. It is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting healthcare operations, leadership, technology, client services, and organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, organized, and excited to contribute wherever needed while learning the operational side of a growing healthcare organization.
Position Overview
This position will primarily support our Clarksville, Tennessee office while also assisting other Quality Personal Care locations with administrative and operational support as organizational needs arise.
Working closely with agency leadership, you will help ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly while gaining valuable experience in healthcare operations, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, CRM technology, reporting, and business administration.
As the company continues to grow, high-performing team members may have opportunities to advance into positions such as Operations Support Coordinator, Service Supervisor, Agency Leadership, or other operational leadership roles.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with scheduling clients and caregivers
- Monitor and respond to CRM communications and office messages
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry
- Assist with reporting and operational tracking
- Support recruiting and onboarding activities
- Assist leadership with special projects and process improvements
- Provide administrative support while leadership is conducting field visits
- Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations when needed
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
Secondary Responsibilities
As workload permits, this position may also:
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
- Help develop relationships with referral partners
- Represent Quality Personal Care at networking events and community functions
- Support marketing and business development activities
- Generate qualified client referrals and earn performance-based commission opportunities

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 preferred

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Additional Earning Opportunity: Performance-based commission for independently generated qualified client referrals.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- One-hour unpaid lunch
