We're looking for an experienced Escrow Officer who enjoys taking ownership of their files, communicating proactively, and helping create a smooth closing experience for our clients.

What You'll Do
- Manage residential transactions from contract to closing.
- Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, REALTORS®, and other parties to keep transactions moving forward.
- Anticipate and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Schedule closings and ensure all conditions have been met.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through timely communication and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the rest of our team to ensure every closing is handled professionally and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of escrow closing or title processing is required.
- Licensed in Missouri and Kansas is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive mindset—you don't wait to be told what needs to be done.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
