EZRI, based in Wilmington, MA, is part of a global network advancing the growing field of nuclear medicine. We supply medical radioisotopes and provide clinical-phase radiolabeling services to support the development of targeted cancer therapies. As we scale our U.S. operations, we’re building a mission-driven team committed to improving patient outcomes.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support at our Wilmington site. In this part-time role (approximately 20–25 hours/week), you’ll assist with reception, scheduling, document organization, and day-to-day administrative tasks that enable business continuity and operational efficiency across departments.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.

Support meeting scheduling, calendar management, and preparation of agendas/notes.

Maintain and update site documentation, templates, records, and filing systems.

Assist internal communications and basic project/task tracking.

Coordinate internal events, trainings, and logistics for site activities.

Liaise with vendors and service providers for routine administrative coordination.

Provide general office support to site leadership and key departments.

3+ years in an administrative support role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Associate’s degree in business administration or related field.

Experience in a manufacturing, life sciences, or GMP-regulated environment.

Comfort supporting multiple teams and adapting to shifting priorities.

Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document-management platforms.

Part-time: approximately 20–25 hours per week; on-site in Wilmington, MA.

Light physical activity may be required (e.g., setting up meeting rooms, organizing supplies, lifting up to 25 lbs).
