Molding Technician Details:

Contract to Hire position
-
$25.00 /annually
-
First Shift
-
Set up, start up, and maintain molds, molding machines, and support equipment.
-
Troubleshoot molding process issues while minimizing scrap and maintaining product quality.

Perform process checks, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs as needed.

Train production personnel and ensure production changeovers are completed efficiently.

Inspect finished products and follow first-shot approval and quality procedures.
Molding Technician Qualifications:

Basic understanding of plastics and manufacturing processes.
-
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.

Basic math skills and the ability to document production activities accurately.
Ability to work with and train others in a manufacturing environment.
