Thomason Counseling Services is a mental health counseling practice with a great office location in Meridian, ID near The Village. We are currently looking to fill a full-time counselor position, and we are searching for an LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT to join our team. YOU WILL HAVE A FULL CASELOAD QUICKLY! You will be given the freedom and the support to grow as a therapist, and you will also receive great pay and benefits. You will work for a laid back but professional owner who refuses to micromanage! The role of the candidate will be to provide counseling/mental health services to clients in an office setting. Candidate will be required to complete Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments, psychotherapy services, mental health counseling, and the candidate will also complete documentation as required. PREFERENCE GIVEN TO THOSE THAT WORK WITH CHILDREN!
There is some flexibility with this position in regards to the days and times worked (this is all negotiable). This is a W-2 position and compensation will be paid per billable hour. This position provides great pay! You will also be eligible for a retirement plan after a period of time, and we offer health insurance to full time employees. There are also a number of registered clinical supervisors on staff to provide supervision for those working towards clinical licensure.
Candidate must have a Master's Degree or higher, and candidate must also possess a LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or psychologist and be current on all licensing requirements and CEU requirements. Candidate must also possess their own professional liability insurance coverage. You will also be covered under the agency's own liability insurance.
