Hair Stylist — The Factory Hair Salon (Denver, Virginia Village)
Andy Warhol named his studio The Factory because it was where art got made — together, and on its own terms. That's who we are. Woman-owned and independent since 2019, we're a Davines color salon and Spa in Denver's Virginia Village, minutes from Cherry Creek, where stylists build real careers, real friendships, and really good hair and skincare.
Every visit is a brushstroke. We're looking for a few more artists to join the team.
About the role
You'll work behind the chair delivering full salon services — cutting, color, styling, and more to a loyal and growing guest base. Whether you're bringing an established book or building one with us, you'll have the support, education, and community to grow into the stylist you want to be. We work as a team, we cheer for each other's wins, and we keep the drama at the door.
What you'll bring
- A current Colorado Cosmetology License (or one by your start date)
- Experience behind the chair and comfort delivering services to all genders
- Reliability, clear communication, and a genuine team spirit
- Availability for some evening and weekend shifts
- A love of learning — the best stylists never stop growing, and neither do we
A plus, but not a dealbreaker: extension certification or recent balayage/color training.

The details
- Job type: In-person, part-time to full-time ( You help pick the schedule)
- Hours: Flexible; 25–36 per week, open 5 days
- Pay: Hourly base or sliding-scale service commission (you earn whichever is greater), quarterly retail bonuses, and anniversary bonuses
- No booth or chair rental — you're part of the team, not a renter
