Primary Care Clinic is looking for reliable and knowable medical assistant with 3 + years of experience.
If you are a medical assistant with proven working experience, reliable, good in TIME MANAGMENT and MULTI-TASK, you are THE ONE !!!
Knowledge of basic computer programs and EMR systems.
Experience in phlebotomy and labs ordering is required (Quest, DCH system)
Knowledge of medications.
Knowledge of medical abbreviation.
Responsibilities: Take vital signs and medical history.
Process medication refill.
Assist during medical examination.
Prepare treatment rooms and medical instruments.
Administrate injections, vaccines.
Perform basic tests: ECG, COVID, strep, flu, glucose tests, UA, blood draws, urine collection and orders labs.
Participate in vaccine management process.
Call patients with information on their labs.
Scheduale appointments with specialists.
Experience with PAs.
Scribing (on request).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
