Quality First Home Improvement is seeking an experienced Canvass Manager to lead our Reno canvassing operation. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a team, develop talent, and play a key role in growing one of the region's leading home improvement companies.

What You'll Do
As our Canvass Manager, you will:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a successful canvassing team
- Lead daily field operations and motivate your team to exceed performance goals
- Create canvassing routes and territory strategies to maximize lead generation
- Coach team members in the field through ongoing training and mentorship
- Monitor lead quality, appointment production, and team performance
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive business growth
- Foster a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of canvassing or door-to-door leadership experience
- Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and retain successful teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Results-driven with a competitive mindset
- Experience managing performance metrics and KPIs
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
