BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic After-School Soccer Instructors to lead fun and engaging soccer programs for elementary-aged students in Baltimore, MD.

Position Details

Part-time, after-school position
- Monday through Friday
- Afternoon after-school hours
- 1.5-hour sessions
- $37.50 per session ($25 per hour)
- No weekends
- No lesson planning required
- Curriculum and equipment provided
- In-person position in Baltimore

Responsibilities

Lead engaging soccer sessions for elementary students
- Teach age-appropriate soccer fundamentals and skills
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior
- Follow BBA#39;s structured curriculum and activities
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students
- Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development
- Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
Qualifications

Soccer playing or coaching experience is preferred but not required
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Comfortable working with students in grades K–5
- Reliable transportation to schools throughout Baltimore City
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Must successfully complete the required Baltimore City Public Schools background check and fingerprinting process
