MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience.

Minimum five years of IT project coordination or project management experience.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt as project needs shift.

Hands-on experience administering and managing projects within the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), including configuring projects, managing permissions, and maintaining spaces or boards.

Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to project management activities, including but not limited to Microsoft Copilot or Anthropic's Claude, with specific examples of improved efficiency or outcomes.

Experience preparing project reports, dashboards, or presentations for varied audiences.
COMPENSATION
$115K per year (Starting range based on experience)
Note: Salary is negotiable and may be higher depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
