About Us
Trinity Restoration & Contracting is a growing commercial construction company specializing in unique projects throughout the golf industry. Our work includes driving ranges, golf entertainment facilities, sports lighting, technology installations, and specialty commercial construction projects across the Southeast and beyond.
We're looking for someone who wants more than just another construction job. This position is designed for someone who wants to learn project management while remaining actively involved in the field.
Position Summary
This is a Working Foreman position with a clear path toward becoming an Assistant Project Manager and eventually a Project Manager.
You'll be responsible for coordinating daily construction activities, managing subcontractors, assisting with scheduling and material procurement, and ensuring projects remain on schedule. While this is primarily a supervisory role, we expect our leaders to lead by example. That means rolling up your sleeves and helping with framing, layout, finish work, equipment installation, or other construction tasks whenever needed.
Travel is required, as our projects are located throughout the Southeast and occasionally nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
- Assist with material ordering and delivery coordination.
- Read and interpret construction drawings.
- Perform project layout and quality control inspections.
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they become project delays.
- Complete daily reports and project documentation.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
- Assist with hands-on construction work when needed, including framing, light carpentry, equipment installation, and general commercial construction tasks.
Qualifications
- Commercial construction experience required.
- Previous foreman, lead carpenter, or construction supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to read construction blueprints.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of project scheduling and sequencing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to travel for projects.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and willing to lead by example.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Commercial construction
- Metal stud framing
- Carpentry
- Concrete
- Structural steel
- Golf course construction
- Electrical coordination
- Equipment installation

Pay: $23.63 - $28.45 per hour
