Foggy’s Pub isn’t just a place to grab a drink, it’s where campers, golfers, locals, and vacationers come together to relax, celebrate, and make memories.
We’re building a destination that guests seek out, not just a place to eat after a round of golf or a day at the campground. We’re looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager who loves leading great teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and helping create one of central Maine’s favorite gathering places.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Team
· Hire, train, coach, and motivate an outstanding staff
· Build a team where people enjoy coming to work, support one another, and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality
· Lead by example and jump in wherever you’re needed
· Hold the team accountable while creating a positive, energetic workplace
Run the Operation
· Oversee daily dining room, bar, and kitchen operations
· Ensure every guest receives friendly, efficient, and memorable service
· Work closely with the kitchen to deliver outstanding food quality and smooth service
· Help plan and execute special events, tournaments, live music, and seasonal promotions that keep guests coming back
Grow the Business
· Create staff schedules and manage labor costs with established budgets
· Monitor food and beverage costs while maintaining exceptional quality
· Manage inventory, cash handling, and daily operations
· Use Toast POS to track sales, reporting, and performance
· Help drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while working closely with ownership to continually improve the business

Qualifications
· 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality management experience
· Experience leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
· Strong scheduling, labor management, and inventory experience
· Experience with Toast POS or similar restaurant management software
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
What We Offer
· $65,000–$75,000+ based on experience
