Duties
- Conduct comprehensive nightly audits using property management systems (PMS) to verify all transactions, reservations, and billing details are accurate and complete.
- Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, patrols, and adherence to emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing courteous assistance to guests and internal departments while handling inquiries efficiently.
- Assist late-night check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth process that enhances guest satisfaction through excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to maintain accurate records of overnight activities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills, and foster positive guest relations during the night hours.
- Collaborate with hotel management on emergency procedures, safety protocols, and any unforeseen incidents requiring immediate attention.
