Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and promoting products to enhance the overall customer experience.
The associate will also be responsible for helping customers with Amazon returns, packing items, laminating, binding, and printing.
I am also looking for someone that can work 10:30am-6:30pm or 12:30pm-6:30pm at least 3 days a week and every other weekend
Duties
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Handle cash register duties with precision and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate discounts and promotions
Skills
- Experience in retail sales and customer service
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
- Knowledge of grocery store operations is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for serving diverse customer needs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 35.0 per week
