Responsibilities
- Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and speed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper stock rotation
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team during prep and service
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Contribute to a positive, focused kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience in a professional kitchen preferred
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Food Handler’s / ServeSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
