As a Research Fellow, your work won’t sit on a shelf. It will help organizations win grants, launch programs, influence policy, and measure meaningful outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with leaders across education, AI, workforce development, healthcare, and economic mobility while building a portfolio of research with tangible impact.
Position Summary
We are seeking highly motivated PhD Fellows, Postdoctoral Researchers, Master’s students, and experienced researchers who are passionate about using research to improve communities.
This fellowship provides the opportunity to work on nationally significant projects involving workforce development, education, healthcare, AI, economic mobility, nonprofit innovation, and public policy.
Fellows will collaborate with grant strategists, nonprofit leaders, universities, and industry experts to produce research that directly supports multimillion-dollar grant proposals and measurable community outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and evidence synthesis.
- Research federal, state, and foundation funding priorities.
- Design research methodologies.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Develop community needs assessments.
- Create logic models and theories of change.
- Support grant proposal development.
- Design program evaluation frameworks.
- Write white papers and research reports.
- Publish articles and present findings.
- Collaborate with nonprofit and government partners.
- Assist in developing innovative AI and technology solutions for the social sector.
