Position: Sprinter Van & Box Truck Owner-Operator (Lease-On Opportunity) NO MC REQUIRED
Job SummaryGreen House Logistics is seeking experienced Sprinter Van and Box Truck Owner-Operators looking to lease on under our authority. This is a great opportunity for independent drivers who already own their vehicle and maintain their own commercial insurance but may not have their own MC authority. We offer access to dedicated and spot freight throughout the DMV, Virginia Beach, and surrounding areas. Our freight includes airport recovery, final-mile delivery, medical courier, hotshots, and time-critical shipments.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate your own Sprinter van or box truck for local and regional deliveries
- Pick up and deliver time-sensitive freight professionally and on schedule
- Load, unload, and secure cargo properly
- Maintain communication with dispatch throughout each run
- Complete BOLs, PODs, and required paperwork accurately
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain professionalism with customers, shippers, and receivers
- Meet strict pickup and delivery windows
Qualifications
- Must own your own Sprinter van or box truck
- Must carry your own active commercial auto insurance
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required for applicable vehicles)
- Clean driving record
- Previous expedited, courier, final-mile, or freight experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Must be motivated and ready to run

Pay: $2,144.31 - $7,500.00 per week
