UOTech.co is an IT MSP servicing clients on Long Island and specializing in clients with highly complex technical and compliance requirements. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team.
About this Role:
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for responding to and remediating complex end-user issues. You will spend your time split between working in our Plainview, NY office, at customer sites, and working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Manage computer systems and ensure optimal performance through regular maintenance.
- Assist in setting up and configuring desktop environments, including VPN and networking solutions.
- Utilize tools such as SCCM and GPO for system management and deployment.
- Offer support for Microsoft Office and Mac OS applications, ensuring user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
