Chevrolet Service Technician
Roseville Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of automotive repair experience with any manufacturer. Experience with domestic vehicles, especially trucks, is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Perform engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability repairs
- Complete inspections and identify recommended maintenance and repairs
- Document findings and completed work clearly on repair orders
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts personnel
- Perform quality-control checks and road tests when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures
- Complete Chevrolet and GM training as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of professional automotive repair experience
- Domestic vehicle and truck experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must provide personal tools appropriate for the position
- Ability to perform physical duties associated with automotive repair
