Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This individual will oversee daily dining operations, assist in managing staff, and work closely with the Clubhouse Manager to ensure a high-quality member experience. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available depending on the candidate’s background and career goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations in dining room and member event spaces
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house service staff to uphold club standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to execute menu offerings and special events
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor controls for service staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service regulations
- Assist with planning and execution of private events, tournaments, and holiday functions
- Provide hands-on support on the floor, engaging with members to enhance their dining experience
- Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and maintain cost controls
- Act as a leader and role model for the food and beverage team
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food & beverage management, ideally within a country club, hospitality, or upscale dining setting
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and member service focus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and basic financial reporting
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
