What You’ll Do
- Apply lawn fertilization and weed control treatments safely and accurately.
- Diagnose common turf issues and recommend solutions.
- Operate spray trucks, backpack sprayers, rotary spreaders, and ride-on equipment.
- Maintain equipment and keep accurate application records.
- Deliver professional customer service while representing Duncan’s Green Team.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has at least 2 years of turf care or lawn treatment experience. (Experience preferred not mandatory if you have the will to work hard and learn we would love to talk with you)
- Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Can lift 50-75 pounds and work outdoors in Georgia’s weather.
- Takes pride in doing quality work.
- Shows up on time and is dependable.
- Works well independently while remaining a team player.
- Wants a long-term career—not just another job.
