Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and market research to expand the customer base.
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that generate leads and support business development efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
- Engage in telemarketing activities to generate new leads, follow up on prospects, and nurture ongoing client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to explain complex products or services clearly.
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to business development.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
