Kennsington Golf Course in Canfield, Ohio is an 18-hole, 7,050-yard, par-71 championship golf course that blends natural beauty with a challenging layout. In addition to the course, Kennsington features a driving range, chipping area, Pro Shop, and Full Swing Golf Simulator Lounge.
Kennsington Golf Course is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Golf Services Attendants to join our team and help deliver the area's premier golf experience.
The Golf Services Attendant plays a key role in both golf shop and outside service operations. This position is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and tee times, supporting retail sales, maintaining the golf cart fleet, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for every player.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist golfers with check-in, tee times, and Pro Shop purchases.
- Actively promote and sell the services and amenities of Kennsington Golf Course and Kennsington Grille through positive guest interactions.
- Prepare, clean, and maintain golf carts between rounds to ensure they are ready for play.
- Assist guests with golf equipment, directions, and course-related information.
- Complete opening and closing duties for golf operations as assigned.
- Support golf outings, tournaments, and special events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop, cart barn, cart washing area, practice facilities, and surrounding guest areas.
- Monitor golf operations and report accidents, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to management.
- Complete golf shop, outside service, and tournament shifts as scheduled.

- Previous golf course, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
