System One is seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician for large-scale construction projects. This role requires a professional capable of interpreting complex drawings to install electrical services, distribution gear/panels, intricate lighting/control systems. You'll be responsible for delivering clean, code-compliant, and highly efficient installations in a fast-paced, coordination-heavy environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Interpret construction drawings, single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and panel/conduit schedules.
- Measure, cut, bend (EMT and Rigid), thread, and install conduit for both underground and above-ground applications.
- Pull large-gauge feeders and terminate switchboards, panelboards, and distribution equipment.
- Route and support MC branch cable in cable tray and above drop ceilings, and install fire alarm raceway systems per project specifications.
- Install architectural lighting fixtures and low-voltage lighting control systems — 0-10V dimming, networked occupancy sensors, and daylight harvesting.
- Perform circuit verification and functional testing to confirm devices, fixtures, and controls operate per design before turnover.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years' dedicated commercial experience; exclusive residential experience will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a small crew when the project scope requires it.
- Must possess a full set of hand tools and have reliable transportation to the job site.
