We are hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and upgrade electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment. This position is ideal for candidates with strong electrical troubleshooting experience, electromechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, PLC exposure, or machine repair experience.
Candidates with experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician, Electrical Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Controls Technician, Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Electrician, Field Service Technician, or Automation Technician are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical equipment and production machinery
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic equipment
- Install, assemble, and wire electrical and electronic components
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Test and calibrate electro-mechanical assemblies using electronic test equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
- Inspect components and verify dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools
- Support hydraulic and pneumatic system troubleshooting and repairs
- Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- Electrical troubleshooting experience required
- Electro-mechanical, industrial maintenance, or machine repair experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Welding experience is a plus
- PLC programming or troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
