We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to conduct Supervisory Visits and Skilled Visits for our home health clients in and around the Brunswick, GA area.
This is an ideal role for an autonomous nurse looking to supplement their income, offering a competitive hourly rate of $32 - $34/hour for approximately 30 hours of fieldwork per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine supervisory and competency assessment visits for home health clients and field caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and individualized plans of care.
- Observe, document, and report changes in patient clinical status or home environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and oversight to field staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Execute punctual skilled nursing visits for a predominantly geriatric populated patient census.
- Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation of all visits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Experience: Prior experience in home health care or working closely with the elderly population is highly preferred.
- Travel: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance to travel to client locations in the Statesboro area.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with electronic documentation and mobile charting applications.
