Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and energetic Clinical Assistant to join our team and help provide exceptional patient care. We are a fast-paced, patient-focused clinic specializing in non-surgical treatments . Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient service, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately.
- Prepare therapy rooms and sterilize equipment for patient procedures
- Support clinical staff with procedures
- Maintain health records by updating patient information and documenting treatment notes clearly.
- Coordinate patient flow within the clinic, managing appointment schedules and facilitating communication between patients and providers.
- Obtain and document patient information accurately
- Monitor patients during treatments and report
Experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology used in clinical documentation and communication
- Excellent communication skills to educate patients on treatment options and lifestyle modifications for sustained wellness.
- Proficiency in documentation to ensure accurate billing and recordkeeping.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Handle patient concerns and questions that may arise during the workday and forward patient to manager as needed
- Bilingual is a plus
