Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day maintenance, unit turns, and repairs to keep our community running smoothly while delivering excellent service to residents.
What You’ll Do
- Complete work orders (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry)
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Assist with apartment turnovers (repairs, painting, cleaning)
- Inspect grounds and common areas for maintenance needs
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
- Support seasonal tasks like snow removal and landscaping
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with residents about repair timelines and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of maintenance or related experience
- HVAC Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs (HVAC certification a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and residents effectively
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic tools required
- Smartphone for mobile work orders

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
