Position Summary
As a Commercial Roofing Service Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems for a wide range of clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to provide high-quality service while representing the CL Burks brand professionally.
Responsibilities
- Inspect commercial roofing systems and identify deficiencies, leaks, and maintenance needs.
- Diagnose roofing issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Perform service repairs on TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), PVC, and metal roofing systems.
- Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled service work.
- Respond to emergency leak calls and urgent repair requests as needed.
- Accurately document inspections, repairs, and completed work orders.
- Maintain a safe work environment while following all OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.
- Represent CL Burks with professionalism and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Qualifications
We're looking for professionals with:
- Commercial roofing experience preferred
- Experience servicing one or more of the following systems:
o TPO
o EPDM
o Modified Bitumen
o Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
o PVC
o Metal Roofing
- Strong troubleshooting and leak investigation skills.
- Ability to safely work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Compensation
$20.00–$25.00 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, technical expertise, and qualifications.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday (Some weekends)
- Day Shift
- Full-Time
- Overtime Available
- On-call rotation for emergency service as needed
