PoolLights.com – Customer Service Representative
PoolLights.com is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an essential position for our daily operations and requires an individual who is highly dedicated to their employer, prioritizes coming to work every day, and demonstrates consistent punctuality. Close to perfect attendance is a requirement. This is a salary-based position that includes opportunity for Full-Time employment, commission and performance pay.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing courteous and efficient customer support via phone.
- Documenting each customer interaction in the PoolLights.com software system.
- Routing calls and requests to the appropriate department as needed.
- Closing quotes and assisting customers with scheduling.
- Building long-term customer relationships by delivering an outstanding experience.
- Ensuring all correspondence is accurate, polished, and error-free.
- Using encouraging, solution-focused language at all times.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
