What You’ll Do:
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Create a comfortable buying experience
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Follow up consistently using phone, text, and CRM tools
- Stay knowledgeable on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram products
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, confident, and professional
- Motivated to earn strong income
- Coachable and accountable
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience preferred (automotive a plus, but we will train the right person)
- Clean driving record
